leg cramps

I'm due Feb 19th and I'm having bad leg cramps in the back of my leg. Anyone else ??

Am due Feb 12th!with me, it started 2 weeks ago..hurts so bad so I read about it and I put it into practise.feeling ease now.
1.Sleep on d left side
2.Put a pillow in between ur legs.
3.drink lots of water.
4.Do not sit in 1 place 4 too long
5.Pour warm water on it during shower
6. Try excessive ur kneel and calf if u can! Pls don't fall.....better still let some1 help u with  that.

Those leg cramps are not a joke... Just drink a lot of water

I have leg cramps every night i can never really get any good sleep because of them either

Me too. I have leg cramps at the back of my leg at least two to three times at night. It hurts badly

I have them almost every night, if I move them the wrong way.  It is awful.  Sometimes both legs at the same time.  I heard to eat bananas but it hasnt helped me.

Bannanas, lots more water, stretching and heating pad. Give it a couple days and it'll get better. Good Luck!!

I am also due 19th :)
I don't get cramps yet but I had it with my second child very bad! I feel your pain :( nothing helped me... just had to put up with it ..

Bananas or anything high in potassium help with cramps. I would get them when I'd stretch in my sleep. Also try not to point your toes while stretching
