need to gain weight

I had lost 4 pounds within the last 3 weeks and I do have a small baby, she looks like she will come out at 5 pounds, I need healthy fatty foods ideas to at least gain the weight back since my doctor is worried about me losing more weight and how small I am.

I'm 30 weeks and 4 days long.

oh also nuts high calories but tones of good fat, avocado too. and good quality stone ground bread and i think dairy would be a good thing to up. if you're drinking skim or 1% milk switch to 2% or homo. yogurts and cheese! lits of protein in the dairy products too which will help maintain muscle mass too so you dont lose that!

aw! sorry to hear that hun. well the good news is baby will always get what he or she needs first so the concern is more for your health and you getting enough vitamins and minerals for yourself. so if you can get those ensures shakes it should help. they're also cheaper none name brands that you can look into if those are alittle pricey.

No medical reason.I wasn't eating as much food as I used to due to lack of food in the household because of money issues last month.

is there any medical reason for your weight lose? i might suggest drinking ensure shakes. packed full of calories and vitamins/minerals and are designed to maintain healthy weight.
