vaginal discharge or mucus plug?

Hello guys, sorry for a gross question. But im 28 weeks pregnant with my first expecting a baby boy. I went to the bathroom and noticed this finger nail size white mucus like discharge in my underwear so me freaking out picked it up and looked at it. It definitely felt like mucous. . I put it on the tp and it's yellowish in color. Could this have been my mucus plug or just an increase in discharge?

Completely normal. White Discharge is part of it :-)

I have that all the time- I was told if it was clear/white it's probably nothin at all. As they said mucus plug tends to be pinkish and brown...

Mucus plugs tend to be a little bit pinky as well. But if your worried get in touch with a midwife and they will tell you what to do.

Could be discharge but if worried call the doctor they will let you know if you should come in or not... my mucus plug was a yellowish color with a lil blood an  thick with my 1st...im now due feb 5th with my 2nd 30 weeks today
