Has anyone used nipple stimulation to kick ur labor off and it worked if yes how long did you do it for??
I did it :) and had the baby that night. I am not sure if it was just coincidence. I already had some contractions then but but they were not regular. So I kind of think it might just speed it up a bit. I just did about 5 kin on each side.
I asked my doctor if I can try this and she highly recommend not too. She said it may cause your body confusion bc your milk supply really happens when baby is here. She said if I tried it may cause complication when I tried breastfeeding. So take hot baths, bounce on the birth ball, & do squats to jump start labor :)
