Im 10 weeks and I feel the same.  Some days I wake up with no symptoms whatsoever.  Other days I feel fatigued,  light headed and breast tenderness.  Dont worry much im pretty sure your baby is fine or you would've had miscarriage symptoms . I guess we are lucky.

I'm right there with you, I also had a miscarriage in January and am 10 weeks with mild symptoms. It makes me worried as well. But the last time I didn't get to see the baby or hear the heart beat since I was able to see that this time, it puts my worries a little at ease. I would say the symptoms I do have are breast tenderness and fatigue. I get ight headed every now and again. But we should consider ourselves lucky at this point.

Just remember there are a lot more symptoms than the traditional indicators like nausea & fatigue. I have very mild symptoms, but they are still symptoms. Mild breast tenderness, light headed, canker sore, constipation, and runny nose/sneezing. All symptoms just not entirely classic.
