How to get labor going.

I'm 38 weeks, and have been dilated to a 5 for 2 weeks. I was checked this morning, hes in the right position, and 70% thinned. I've been having contractions about 20 minutes apart. Any way to get the consistent and strong? Or how to get my water to break? Help. I'm desperately miserable. Btw, I had my first at 35 weeks, so I'm not use to being this huge.

Sorry don't have any advice for you I'm a ftm and I know everyone is different but it makes me nervous when I read posts like this. I'm 37 weeks and I'm so ready to have this baby still no signs of him coming. Good luck to you!

I used the breast pump today for 5 minutes then walk up and down stairs for 15 then do it again. I started to get some contractions but had to go pick my bf up from work.
