Leap Year

What would any of y'all do about your babies birthday if they are born on February 29? I'm a little nervous. This is my first pregnancy. I will still celebrate my kids birthday no matter what but I would still feel bad if they only get to celebrate their actual birth day every so many years.

They still get older even though they are born on leapyear in the system. I had a friend growing up that was born on leapyear and she celebrated on Feb 28th every year that wasn't a leap year. Her parents also made it really fun for her and made her feel special for having a "disappearing birthday"

I am also due on February 29th 2016 and honestly hope to have my baby on that day even though it is unlikely.

How would it even work out? In the systems will my kids age still change or will they still be consider 1 for like 4 years? What do you do?
