Stopped up nose

I have read that this can happen but is there anything I can take or do to get rid of a stopped up nose??? Help please

Steam might help? Fill a bowl with boiling water, and lean over it to breath the steam in (not so close that the steam will burn though!) - you can drape a towel over the back of your head and around the bowl, to make more of a sauna effect.

Because its about increased blood flow its really difficult to get rid of. I have my ears that constantly block, drives me insane :(
