The common statistical 1 in 6 pregnancy miscarriage risk is drastically reduced after 12 weeks. After 12 weeks it becomes a "late" miscarriage which generally has an explanation or reason, however many who miscarry after this point choose not to have an autopsy or testing so its put under a plain miscarriage because they can't state what caused it. I lost a baby last year at 18 weeks due to a placental abruption and placental failure. Extremely rare something like 1 in 1500 pregnancies end in late miscarriage due to those issues. So yes the risk is minimal now, however there's always risk especially if you take risks like eat foods that could contain listeria, go over caffeine intake etc etc etc
