Working Out/ Walking?

I have no idea what kind of "working out" you're supposed to do while pregnant. I'm due Feb. 10th and I've been relaxing a lot and out of work during pregnancy. I want workouts to help with labor. Any suggestions?

Thank you! I've heard a lot about walking so I'm going to start now, I guess it's better than never! And you said that perfectly I will do my squats that way from now on.

I walked 30 mins everyday my last pregnancy , a nice quick paced walked, my son came early and it was a "easy" birth I feel like the walking helped with breathing and pushing also with squats they say think big butt big boobs when squating to help with form.

Okay great! Thank you. I did try to squat before but I must have been doing it wrong, it was hurting a bit and I felt off balanced after only a few though I wasn't holding onto anything.

Walk a lot. Walking up stairs helps alot. Doing squats like if you hold onto a couch and squat down over and over again. Also sitting on a birth ball and bouncing.
