first dr appt

I had a miscarriage in January. It happened the day after my first confirmation dr appt so im a little hesitant about scheduling my first. Wondering if I should wait til I know im closer to 8 to 10 weeks being thats when my dr does first routine ultrasound so I get to see something that day and feel better about this pregnancy. I lost last one at 5 1/2 weeks and im xoming up on week 5 tomorrow so im already nervous.  When should I schedule my first appt, is there anything they can do to reaasure me everything is going good this early

I was told once u see a heart beat the chance of a miscarriage decreases my doc did an ultrasound at my first appointment which was at 5 weeks since I miscarried I'm March

We lost in January also. Went yeaterday im 5weeks and a few days but focus on meal, water and relax is what i was told
