migraines!!!

Is anybody else experiencing really bad headaches lately??

Oh yes. It's from the excess blood volume. I tried everything for the last month and a half and finally figured out the only thing that helps for me is laying down with a cold wet washcloth over my eyes and my eyes closed. I usually only do it at night when I'm ready to sleep cuz otherwise I fall asleep and my 2 year old gets into mischief lol hope it helps you too!

My Dr told me try a cup of coffee or caffeine pill, so far it's working. I'm also not a coffee drinker so it's a little strange

Check your blood pressure! I always have a headache and it's my blood pressure

My dr said taking Tylenol is okay when you have headaches or back pain. I get really bad migraines and never did before I got pregnant. I am 13 weeks.

I do. Tylenol. Some caffeine if I have it (not a regular drinker) and a warm bath with ice on my neck and face in the dark usually cures it.
