My doctor told me it is okay to take Tylenol cold, that really helped me when I had a cold. You can always give your doctor a call and they can advise some things too if you haven't already done so.

Benadryl and sudafed are said to be safe. There is a rating system you can look up for the safety of any drug during pregnancy and nursing. Also using saline only nasal Wash and spray is fine but if you mix your own, always boil the water first

My dictor has always given me amoxicillin 500mg for 3x day for 5 days. Look it up and you will see many pregnant women have taken it and everything is fine.

I had a cold last week, drank lots of water orange juice, rested as much as I could, and in one of my cups of water, I would mix in a teaspoon  of apple cider vinegar as well.
It may seem weird, but it really helped me!

While I was sick I took Tylenol regular strength for fever/body aches and drank hot lemon water with honey for sore throat. I also drank/ate as much vitamin c containing atiff I could find.
