I think the best thing to do is get ahold of your doctor and let them know what's going on

I'm 6 weeks and I've been spotting all day today as well. This is my first child. No cramping or pains at all. Every time I use the restroom and wipe there is a pink film. Should I be concerned?

I went through the same thing during my miscarriage last year. That is odd the er did not do an ultrasound, they did for me and couldn't find a heartbeat :(   Do you feel any cramping?

That happend to me me when I miscarried in April.. I was 4wks pregnant with my first and I started spotting brown blood I thought maybe it was normal due to "implantation" I went to my doc a few days later and we had a ultrasound done and the tech couldn't find anything, so I went to have my blood drawn and he asked that I come back in two days because they are suppose to double. Within those two days I was spotting brown blood again and I called the doctor and he was telling me I was having a miscarriage. My levels at first were 140 and then dropped to 117 ):
