Being induced
Due on Monday the 6th and my midwife doesn't want me to go over (high-ish blood pressure) so unless I go into labor before then, I will most likely be induced. Any advice or experiences you'd like to share?
Hi. It may help to have sex, go on a long walk ( especially if there are steps involved). Spicy food can help kickstart labor. Do you have a birthing ball? You can spend 40-60 minutes on that. Also, you can always tell your midwife you'd like to hold off on induction for a few more days. That's what my sister did and she ended up going into labor naturally 3 days past her due date.
