I get that alot..but only when i sit or lay down for a certain amount of time..but boy do i dis-like that because it hurts alot.
Im having this too. Its like the muscles are pulling apart. Our joints are relaxed . Try putting a pillow between your knees when you lay on your side. Sometimes our hips overextend/roll fwd when we lie down, this is not good. Keep the opposite hip in a neutral position.
I have had the same but only on the left and also in left hip. Thought it was just me! I'm sure it's nothing to worry about
