20wks...Too much mucus? Should I worry?

I will 20wks tomorrow and the last two times I have used the bathroom and wiped, my tissue paper has been covered with a slimy discharge. I know when pregnant discharge increases, but this discharge has a slight yellow/greenish tint to it. It doesn't have a foul odor either. There seems to be so much of it, that I go to the bathroom, just to wipe it away. Any ideas or suggestion?

Better safe than sorry. Untreated BV is very bad for mom and baby.

Turned out a false alarm for me... or maybe pregnancy is making me color blind. I swear I saw neon green and now it was normal... ufff....

it turned out to be Bacterial Vaginosis. my doctor prescribed me an oral antibiotic.

Yeah I spoke to my CNM and she wants to get me checked today. So I'll update u ladies after I come back. mine doesn't smell..but sometimes I do feel a little itch.. so time to get it checked. One can never be too careful.

I asked my friend about this at about 14 weeks and she said that it goes green, yellow, it increases and sometimes has a stronger or funky smell (a bit fishy) but then it goes back to normal so I didnt worry and I was fine.

I just noticed today that mine is yellowy again and I'm 21 weeks. I did notice a week ago that mine smelled spicy after i had had pepperoni LOL

If it's so smelly it makes you sick or your partner notices or it itches as well then that's the time to go to the Doctor :)

I have the same neon green color discharge.. I have mailed my Dr and she might reply by tomorrow. I'll let u know what she says...

Well, it is the wrong color. So, definitely give your OB a call and see what they say. If it is whitish to clear you are okay. But I definitely have more CM and so much of it that I have thought about using a panty liner.

You should go to the doctor, maybe you have an infection.
