Do you think it could be twins?

I am a  32 yr old mom of a boy 8 and girl 10.  I am currently 7weeks pregnant! This pregnancy has been very different from my others, my breast are so sore i can bearly bear to wear a bra, I've been sleeping at the drop of a hat, just can't get enough sleep and I also have morning sickness which i have never had at all. I feel like, and look like I'm showing. I have gained 5lbs, and had these signs very early inmy pregnancy. My LMP was 24 Apr and I had blood takin on June 3 , My HCG level was 13620. Is this level high and is it likely i am having twins?

i am experiencing the exact same syptoms this time around that i did not come close to with my first.it has been really quite difficult for me.i hoping once i hit 12 weeks things will calm down..but no sign of multiples here ive already had 2 us i think they wouldve known by now..have u had ur first us yet???

Welcome to our little grp. Beta alone doesn't indicate the possibility of multiples. The most reliable way is an U/S. However High Beta combined with high Prog can be indicative of multiples. When is ur U/S?
