I have a diagnosis, finally

So I did see my OB on Monday, and he did another u/s.  He says that I have an "irritable uterus,"  which is apparently a legitimate thing.  Basically he said that my uterus is protesting being stretched and pulled and is just sitting there quivering and cramping. Bottom line is that this wont do any harm to the baby, it is just painful for me, and is not likely to go away.  I dont really care about the pain sticking around, the baby is fine and I am very happy about that. He said that my pain is not helped by the fact that my little one is moving an awful lot, kicking and punching (which I cant feel yet), but he said that just makes my uterus that much more crampy and sore. Oh well, baby is fine so I am sooo happy!
I am still throwing up, and hoping to be able to eat again soon.  : (    Im 16 weeks on Monday!!

My computer went kaput so I havent had one at home, I am using a public one right now. Hopefully I will get mine back soon.   Just wanted to let everyone know what was going on after my ER visit!

I'm glad everything is okay. I have been crampy too but no where near as bad as you. It worries you when no-one seems to know what you're talking about. It hurts me to walk and drive and unless I walk at the pace an old women does then I really hurt. Then I see women about 8 months pregnant zipping about everywhere and I feel pathetic.

Hope the sickness stops soon xxx

Am so glad atleast now u know whats wrong. I know u have been feeling horrible last few months. At the same time I am so glad that the LO is happy and healthy in there. I hope u feel better soon hun... u have had it tuf...!!!

Glad to hear you found a solution! I remember you mentioning your pain a few times! That makes alot of sense now :)

So glad your little bean is doing well ...and it's nice to know he's moving around, despite the pain in your tummy!  Hopefully, you'll be able to feel his flips and somersaults soon!
