Placenta Previa

I was diagnosed with this on Tuesday and told the doctor would talk to me at next appt. about this.  I will also have another ultrasound in 10-14 weeks.  I had toxemia last pregnancy, but not this.  I have heard both good and bad experiences.  Any thoughts on this?  Don't want to get too worried, but want to be prepared.  I am on pelvic rest until the next ultrasound.

Thanks.  Just not something you want to hear this early in the game.  :)

How far along are you?

I was also diagnosed w/ placenta previa at 14 weeks.. At my most recent ultrasound, it had migrated and is no longer an issue (I am now 20 weeks). Early placenta previa has REALLY HIGH chances of correcting itself as the baby grows!

I know it's really scary, but try not to stress and hopefully it will move!
