What (if anything) are you plannig to do to bring on labor?

What natural methods, if any, are you planning to try to induce your labor?

My girl is pretty small so I will be waiting for her to come naturally.  I am 35 weeks and she is just a little over 5 pounds.  I hope she bakes for a few more weeks, I do not want her to be underweight.

I will be 36 weeks tomorrow.. I am planning on sex mostly.. My ONLY "saving" grace right now is that I will be induced on 1/19/09 if I do not have the baby prior to that. My Dr. says that my EDD is 1/18/09 and he wont let me me go "over" because of my complications. Sooo.. 4 more weeks for me MAX.. I am hoping he comes sooner though. I am sooo friggen OVER being pregnant..

I go tomorrow for my first internal exam...I can physically tell that the baby has really dropped in the last week.  THe doctor called yesterday and moved me up from the 30th to the 29th.  Wooohooo.  One day.  He's trying to get it where I won't have to pay the double co-pay from being in the hospital on the first of the year.  I really, really, really want to have my baby this week!  I am 37 1/2 weeks so he's "full term".  I am SO READY!!!

Just wanted to add...I will wait, too, until the OB says its ok to try naturally inducing labor.  I won't try anything until my baby is ready first!

I am now 37.5 weeks, 80% effaced and a loose 1 cm as of last week. I go back to the doctor today to see if I have progressed any more. So as long as the doctor says it's OK. We will try all of thee above to make this happen! :)

Actually, Im planning on eating spicy foods and making out with DH!

I got a recipe in my birthing class that a restaurant down south swears will put you in labor, if not, they give you a "coupon" to come back and they'll make the dish for you again.  I have a paper copy of it but Ill see if I can find it on line.

This should be fun when the time is right; baby is 37 weeks plus and considered full term!
