How's Everyone Feeling?

So all of us are somewhere around half way there, and I am wondering how everyone is doing.  As for me, Baby Corrine is pretty active, especially in the evening. Her movements are still fairly light and hard for DH to feel, but they are distinct for me.  Im exhausted, by the time I get home from work I am just spent, and when Friday roles around I feel like ive been hit by a freight train.  Only four more months, I cant wait to meet her!!  How are you ladies feeling?

I am still waiting for the honeymoon phase to start.  My nausea is gone but its been replaced by heartburn and indigestion and I still have an awful taste in my mouth. My energy level is so so.    But with that said, I do feel pretty good, for the most part and I'm just soooo thankful to be pregnant, that Ill take whatever this pg dishes out!  I remind myself that all of these things are just little reminders that my baby is growing!

I go for the "BIG" sonogram next week!  On sept. 6th we will find out if we are having a boy or a girl!  Im excited!

I'm 18wks and I can't tell if I have felt movement yet or maybe its just gas???  So, I am looking forward to a day sometime soon, that I feel movement and know that it is for sure!

Well, most of you know, the placenta is over my cervix but only partially and the baby's head has been down. I am glad to hear that most you guys have had the baby head down early as well, so not so worried anymore. So, here is hoping the guy is going to be squirmy and get his head out of my nether regions. As for the placenta, the upside is I get another ultrasound at 28 weeks to see if it has moved up, hopefully it does.  I have been taking it very easy. DH hired someone to come and clean house twice a week and he has been cooking dinner. Although, he must not know how to fix his own plate yet, cause I he's been asking me to do that. The BH coupled with the placenta and the baby's head down has the doc a bit concernced so he recommended that I take it easy.

My appetite has definitely kicked in, the nausea is gone, but I still have food aversions. (I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a plout for a snack, and lunch is a single serve pizza with a ham/provolone sandwich and some potato salad, oh and I also ate a few chocolate covered pretzels.) I find I am hungrier at lunch than I am at breakfast and dinner so, not really worried about the double meal for lunch since dinner will probably be some fruit. Our little guy is active, but mostly in the afternoon and early morning. Maybe I am just so busy during the day that I don't notice it. It is definitely strong enough that I can feel it but DH and DD still haven't gotten kicked or punched yet.

ladies! I haven't been on here in forever! They blocked the site and work and my husband and I decided to forgoe the internet for awhile to save money! I'm glad to hear that everyone is good, and that all seems well. Me and my little girl (found out last week) are good, had some cramping the other day after sex, but thats it. She had been moving like crazy, sat in a massage chair the other day and she went nuts! it was the first time my DH really felt her kick! Other than that, things are great progressing wonderfully!

Thanks for asking!  I am actually starting to do better. I still get the contractions but they are not getting any worse, which is a good thing since I know that they are not getting any stronger.  I am not quite back to my prepregnancy weight, but I am sure that I am getting pretty close.  It wont take long with my new found addiction to anything sweet (brownies, cake, etc.)  : )

Hello ladies,

I have felt some gentle movement as well, but last Thursday i started to feel bad ligament pain, called my nurse and they said its normal.

Still not gaining weight, pretty much staying the same, maybe because i was sick a lot before, it has been 1 week and a half since i am able to keep food.

Cant wait to meet my little boy, hope winter is here soon.

:)

I have lots of movement as well.  She moves alot during the morning while i'm still lying in bed also a night.  This last past week she's been very active during the day as well. I too am totally exhausted but i have to contribute alot of it to running around after my 2 year old.  I have no clue how i'm gonna handle them both. Thank God my Mom lives close by and DH gets home from work at 2:30pm. I've been getting some ligament stretching pain - nothing i haven't experienced before.  Just hoping for an uneventful couple of months! Going to the hematologist tomorrow and will start to discuss my c-section date with her and my obgyn so they can regulate my injections. Next d/a is the 19th so hoping all stays calm until then.  Belly Pats to you all!!!

I started feeling some gentle movement last week.  It's very-very light but definitely there.  I just love feeling my baby move!  Also, I finally started gaining some weight.

Cheesecake,
how are your contractions?  Any improvement?  Did you come back to your pre-pregnancy weight?  I managed to get back to where I started from about 10 days ago and since then started to gain some.

I'm doing much better! Little man is pretty active as well. He doesn't move much at night, most of his movement is during the day! He also likes to camp out right on top of my bladder. DH has been able to feel movement and he's so excited about that. Now that we know what we're having, I've been shipping like crazy. Can't wait to meet my little man either!
