I have had pain in my right lower back, and every time I lay on my back I cant move my back anymore because of the bad pain, when I put a pillow under the right side of my back the pain eases, but I try not to sleep on my back even though I dont have much of a choice, becasue every time I sleep on my side what ever side I am sleeping on, I wake up and my arm would be numb.
And I have been having really bad dreams, night mares, I try to watch romance or comedy movies before i sleep but this doesnt help, like sometimes I wake up so scared and cant take a breath, other times my husband wakes me up becasue he would notice that I am having a nightmare, this isnt bothering as much as it scares me, I am scared if it hurts my baby, what should I do?????

Me too :(

If I sleep on my side my arms go dead, I've been told not to sleep on my back and if i do lay on it for ten minutes I can feel my pulse everywhere. When I'm on myside my belly skin seems to be tight like it's going to rip! and it makes the chest pain I mentioned hurt. As I'm moving about I feel like I'm hurting something because I'm so heavy. Putting pillows against my back make me feel claustrophobic lik I don't have enough room to move.
Then I get to sleep and I need the loo. I go at least seven times a night!!
I also have had some really bad dreams.....

I am in the same boat and currently, I have a love/hate relationship with my pregnancy pillow.  Its great in the first part of the night but then I can't stand it later on.  I go from feeling cold to hot to cold and my arms usually fall asleep at some point in the night.

I, too, have some really weird dreams and bad dreams, too.  And I get up at least 2x a night to use the bathroom, if not more.

I am having the same issue. I just can't seem to get comfy. When I do finally get to sleep, I don't think I am getting to the restful state. My dreams are becoming very vivid and I have been having bad dreams too. When I tell my DH about them he just thinks I am crazy because they sound so weird and even though I feel scared during them, they don't sound scary when I relay them to him. I find I am getting really hot at night and then when I stick a leg or arms out of from under the covers I get so cold. I just can't seem to find my happy median. I have noticed that I awake from naps very refreshed, but I sure wish that at this point (20 weeks), that I could get a good nights sleep and then not have to nap so much.

Dont worrie your not alone.  Im 22 weeks and cant ever get to sleep either.  Between potty breaks and this extra lil belly its been impossible for me to get comfy.

That would be me... I have such a hard time in the night. I get up twice for the restroom breaks and the rest of time  just can't get comfy. However keeping a pillow under my thighs and a pillow between my legs seems to help with the back issues.
Try that if u have back pain issues. Not having good sleep doesn't get better(Sorry to break this to u).. It will only get worse as we progress with the pregnancy. Make sure ur mattress is very comfy.
Please take care ...
