Baby movements

So I am 35 weeks along this week and I have noticed that my little girl's movements have slowed down a lot.  I am a first time mom and I am freaking out a little bit.  Normally, she would have one day where she was so active it looked like a tidal wave in my belly and then the next day or two, she would rest!  Its been 2 1/2 days and she is really not being as active as she normally is.  Can anyone give me some feedback on this?  Thanks!

As Limonada said, towards the end of pregnancy you do tend to get reduced movements because the baby doesn't have much room to move around. However, to be on the safe side, it's probably best to speak to your midwife or doctor about it, they may want to send you for an ultrasound just to make sure everything is ok.

If you're really concerned, then you should speak to your doctor, but I'd say this is pretty normal:  as the baby grows, she'll have less room to move around.  My baby also has periods where he/she isn't active at all....
