HEARTBEAT

I just have a quick question I read a lot of other posts and they always seem to say their babies heart beat was around 140, mine was 170 is that normal or should i be alarmed.

@ my 12 week scan my baby's heartbeat was 168. I thought it was pretty fast too until I seen how active my bean was. dancing around everywhere! You should be just fine :-)

I have my u/s on monday and my baby heartbeat 172.. said really good..

sometimes baby have high heartbeat depends on what they doing inside.. just imagine if you are running and your heartbeat will beat faster... just same as baby.

hey, I just wanted to tell you I just had my U/S today and I am 7wks 5days and my baby's heartbeat was 170 also. The Dr told me it couldn't be more perfect. I think your heartbeat is perfect also.

I think that is fine - I have had friends whose babies h/b were similar to yours. They say that a h/b above 140 indicates a "girl" and a h/b below 140 indicates a "boy".
