Good luck ladies!! It's a scary thing but try not to work yourself up to much. My sister is an RN and she is telling me that the media is blowing it way out of proportion. I am exposed to it every day I work right now as the schools have got it circulating now. I'm a bus driver. But I'm hearing it is just like a normal flu but the people who are dying from it are ones that aren't seeking help fast enough. If you show a high fever get in to see someone right away. Doctor did tell me that I can support my immune system with Echinachea. It has helped me in the past to keep from getting really sick and I'm relying on it now. Wash your hands frequently or sanitize with purell. Sorry lol sounding like a mom already perhaps because that is what I'm told constantly :D!! Good luck and I'll be praying that everything works out well for you guys :D!!
I actually just got over the swine flu 2 weeks ago and was on the Tamiflu. The baby and I are just fine and I was not hospitalized. I will keep you both in my thoughts and prayers.
Yikes - I'll be thinking of you both!!!
Thanks I was tested for it last thursday while I was in the hospital and it came back negative..
i just got diagnosed with the swine flu today. My doctor prescribed me tamiflu as well. She said that 95% of people that get tested for the swineflu show up positive. They arent really taking to much precaution i just have to take 7 days off work and call them if anything changes.
I hope your hubby gets better and you don't get anything!
well to vent a little more I have just been taken off of tamiflu because I am having an allergic reaction to it!!!!
Oh no! Good luck! That's scary!!!
