No Appetite?

Hey ladies!  I am SO confused and thought I would see if anyone else has experienced this.  When I was pregnant with my DD I had a ravenous appetite...and luckily I only gained 35 pounds.  However, with THIS pregnancy I haven't really had much of an appetite at ALL!  I have been gaining weight though.  I don't know if its because I have felt SO nauseated the entire time...or what...but it worries me that my baby girl isn't getting adequate nutrition.

Has anyone else experienced this???!!

Now that I'm seven months, My appetitite has fallen WAY down hill.  I was super hungry there for awhile.  Now Like the post above, I can eat breakfast and do good the whole day.  I haven't had any nausia this whole pregnancy, I don't just feel that hungry now.

Hmm, I know what you mean.  As long as I get breakfast in, I can go the rest of the day with what seems like nothing.  I've been conscious of taking a pregnancy vitamin supplement for the iron, folic, iodine and calcium but I also figure that the baby will take first helping of all my nutrients and I'll be the deprived one.  My mother calls them parasites for precicesly that reason (meant in jest of course - she loves her grandkids!!)  I gained 19kg with my son (41 pounds), 16kg with my daughter (35 pounds) and 11kg (24 pounds) so far with this one.  This is the only pregnancy I've been sick.  But I still didn't lose anything prior to starting to put weight on.

You could ask your doctor for a blood test for iron and so on if you're worried...

All the best
