update from my u/s today - 11 weeks

i posted on the 18-34 forum as well but if you didnt see it

i had my u/s this morning and i was thankful to see both babies hearts flickering away....honestly the u/s took forever because Twin A would not cooperate for the NT scan.....finally both twins cooperated and i was told the NT scan was nice and normal

The heart beats were both 168 and it was interesting because one baby would move a lot and the other be still, then they would switch

not much else happened during the u/s....i go back 7/15 where they will start watching my cervix and levels around the babies (confirmed they are in separate sacs) to make sure everything is even....they also can determine sex at that time too so im counting down

the only concern they had was that the babies were measuring a day behind from my LMP at my first u/s and today they were 2 more days behind my LMP....i worry that they keep slipping backwards....i asked my doc and she told me to make sure i increase my calories and that they are not concerned about that at this time....but of course i am worried

my high risk ob also said that as of now i have an option for a c section but we will talk about that further down the road....honestly i think im going for the c section but we shall see

i uploaded pics of the babies.....the tech again did not give many photos (i think they are cutting back and trying to save money)....

come on july 15!!!!

Had my US yesterday, so at 11 weeks. Baby was very active! My daughter was active the whole time too. Baby was measuring almost exactly to date (a day ahead, not much difference). I'm so excited about the next US in four weeks (22nd July), we will try to see the sex of the baby!!

Great to hear evrything went well. Can't see the pics though :-( It's still early to worry plus don't forget twins are often a little smaller, that can be quite normal.

My US is next Friday so 11 wk 1 day, then four weeks later and we hope baby co-operates and we can tell if it's a he or a she :-)
