Second pregnancy after a complicated first

So this week I have my second prenatal apointment I will be 10 weeks 1 day. I am so nervous. I had eclampsia with my first who was born at 28 weeks by emergency c-section. Needless to say this one was not planned but loved all the same... My question is has anyone else had a complicated pregnancy the first time and gotten pregnant a second time, if so how did it go...?

I had gestational diabetes the first time around and a really difficult pregnancy that ended up in induction and it was a horrible experience. (birth story is on my page on my journal)
I am pretty sure that you should be monitored carefully this time around, they're doing that with me.. testing me for it early,, lotts of scans etc etc... talk to your doc if you're concerned hun xxx

I was wondering the same, I went into preterm labor 2 times with my son, and wondering if that's a concern this time. Hopefully not! Definitely something to mention to your doctor!
