My Dr. recommended 25-35 lbs.  I am 22 wks today and have gained 5-7 lbs.  Everything I have read says 10-15 lbs. at this stage.  Everything has been normal and my Dr. doesn't seem concerned.  With my first I gained 40 lbs. and I expect this pregnancy to be less at this rate.  I think every pregnancy is different.

My doctor hasn't said anything about recommended weight gain, but he told me I'm right on target, I've gained 5-6lbs so far, and I'm 20 weeks, You're supposed to gain between 25-35 during your entire pregnancy, and A LOT of that is gained at the end!
