My friend is 23 weeks and 1 day. She smoked wed occasionally and has quit yesterday. We both know that she shouldn't have  done this so please no jerks or assholes. We need advise, how long will this be in the baby system. Does she have time to clean her system in time. Her due date is January 27th.

It will leave her system within 30 days, but it does take longer for it to leave the babies system, I'm not sure how much longer, but I assume it should be out by the time she delivers, she's got a while

Yeah I assume that 30 days is as long as it stays in her system so it should also be out of the babies system as well...hopefully since she has decided to quit they won't drugtest at her next app. Tell her congrats on making a good decision for herself and her baby...good luck.

My sister smoked for the first 5 months and was clear after a month. Please remember that when u pee in a cup for urine a urine sample they do a drug test as well. And van use the fact that the person smoked aganist them and could be means for cps to get involved. Be careful feel free to write me rip at any time
