I've been getting them pretty frequently, couple times a day, for about 6 weeks. Find it's mostly when I stand too long or clean too much. Very uncomfortable slightly painful.

I had them baddd the other day, I actually went to L&D because they were pretty uncomfortable. How long have you had them? Days? Mine lasted about 3 days, off and on, and it was terrible!! The only relief I found was taking tylenol, then taking a hot bath, then laying down with a heating pad wrapped around my back on my side, (leaned up against the back of the couch, or wrapped in a blanket around my back). if they aren't stopping or getting worse (if you can count them, more than 5-6 in an hour) you should go to L&D. I hope they stop for you soon!!
