DIALATED
I Am 36 weeks and 5 days. I got checked and I was 1 1/2 centimeters dilated. How far until I get further. What to do to increase dialation. First time mom.
Everyone's different. At 36 weeks I wasn't dialated or effaced. At 37 weeks I was 1 cm and 30% effaced. At 38 weeks I was 2 cm and 70% effaced. That same day I got to 3 cm and 90% effaced and I've been like that since. In 4 days I'll be 40 weeks. I really hope I don't have to get induced...
They say sex but the key is the sperm to stay inside and the pregnancy ball and walking a lot !!
