First Time Mom: Contractions?

What is the difference between Braxton hicks and labor contractions. I'm 35 weeks and they are very uncomfortable and make me feel like I have to poop but I don't. I'm also short of breath while it's happening and my stomach is tight. HELP!

Everyone is different. My cycles are naturally horrible when they are on. With my daughter, i was in labor but didn't really know how far or how to time them because it felt like the beginning of my period. I walked around and it didn't calm so i finally went to the doctor/hospital an hour later and wallah, i was 6-7 centimeters dilated. You just have to be monitoring your body and watch the norms and what is different. This time, I'm contacting but can't really tell again. Back pain and cramping in lower stomach. Won't go to the hospital unless I can barely deal with it, of course its a mile away  and not far.

Braxton hicks dont actually really hurtt its more just a hard tighting of ur muscles. Labor.contractions go.from nthn to slowly worse and worse in pain and grt closer together in timeings.

You could be constipated. Try eating more fiber and/or taking a supplement and drink lots of water. Good luck!
