Eat whatever makes you feel good- the first trimester is rough if you have any symptoms of morning sickness- I figure once we make it to the 2nd trimester we can work on a better diet =)

Your probably eat by far worse things. Just hydrate. A lot of sodium leaves you dehydrated, heat isn't good for the baby.
