Try to snack on foods with high protein. The higher the protien the longer it will hold u over. I had this problem in the beginning of my pregnancy. Until my doc told me about the protien thing. And becuz of all the extra eating i gained too much wait too fast and now considered high risk and gestational diabetic.

Sometimes i feel the same way as if im over eating but i cant eat a full course meal, ill feel bloated after. Its the baby metabolism on a 24 hr cycle. Snacking is our best bet.
