HELP! Used Voltaren Gel!

I helped my partner by rubbing some Volatren Gel into his sore shoulder as he couldn't reach. I washed my hands immediately after but didn't realise you should avoid it in pregnancy especially in the third trimester. I'm freaking out now, and I'm so worried about my baby! Help please.

You'll be fine.

It was a gel though, I only got it on my hands for about a minute. I didn't take a pill.

Let your OB know. I used to take Voltaren before I became pregnant and had to stop months before I conceived. It can cross the placenta and be very dangerous for your little one

I think you'll be fine, especially if you washed your hands. Just look out for any reactions
