ive been up since half 1 this morning woke up with an intense cramp in my abdomen like really bad menstrual cramps and the pain then goes around to my back. Or it starts in my back and then the cramp starts- either way it's so painful! Ive been timing the contractions and my app says their averaging 3-5 minutes apart, and there all lasting between 40-60 seconds, mostly around 50 seconds! It's been going on since half 1 this morning, I'm exhausted. My waters haven't broken. Ive spoke to my hospital and she just told me to hire a tens machine as its to early to come in. I feel like j should Ar least be getting looked at rather than just left! Im40+4 weeks, any help or advice is appreciated! Xxx

Sounds like your labor is starting  when your contractions are like that for an hour, you should be able to go to labor and delivery.
