Feeling guilty for being disappointed

Hi all, I'm 15 wks along, 1st preg, during the 12 th wk I had the nucal translucency test n during the exam I asked the tech the gender n she said it's a girl (85% sure she said).   I was really disappointed, I was really hoping for a boy, n I still feel the same.  I feel terribly that I feel this way - I wish I wasn't disappointed .  Has anyone else felt this way n how did u deal with it?  N wat are the chances she might be right/wrong?

Hi I also was disappointed when finding out I'm having a girl...  I literally cried but after that I kind of came to my sense. I still will have my little no regardless I will love here the same.

Im pregnant with my third. I have two girls and my last pregnancy I felt disappointed when we found out she was a girl. It took a few weeks then I felt fine amd of course the second I saw her I loved her she's 6 and I could never imagine her any diff. This time of course we would love a boy but im trying to not have that expectation because I know now that I will love and will fit our family whatever we have.  So dont feel guilty we all do it but u will get over it and will love the baby !!!

Even though you want a son I know if it is a girl you will love your daughter just the same. Keep your chin up no matter the outcome. I'm hoping for a girl only 13 weeks currently. I'll be sad if I hear it's a boy but I'll just have to change my excitement from female mindset to male mindset. I promise the love won't be any different
