Take ur prenatal vitamins before bed, this works for me..
Also I recommend salt crackers as soon as u wake up, before u get up in the morning. For breakfast,try bananas which seem to help( I had mine in a chocolate milk shake). .i had horrible morning sickness week 14 and 15. I'm now 18 weeks and seems its gone .hopefully yurs goes away soon too.
Take the gummy vitamins there the same as prenatal vitamins and they taste pretty good.
