Typical Questions

Hi, today I found out that I am 4 weeks pregnant and I will be a first time mommy, and I'm concerned about me being stressed and the stress harming the baby because I've been going through a lot. Does anybody know any tips I can use to help me not stress out? If so, thank you so much :)

Take an while, eat whatever it is you want!!! Get a spa day, or just get a make over!!!!

I was going thru a lot when I found our I was pregnant and practically cried everyday for a week, so I totally know how you are feeling. What I can tell you is that try to reduce your stress as much as possible... You and your baby will feel much better!
