Try drinking something really cold..a smoothie or something. When my babygirl scares me like that isusally drink something really cold or just even chew on ice and that gets her moving. If that doesnt work I would go to the hospital asap.

Im with you. I freaked out yesterday, crying and praying my baby was ok. She wouldnt move. They monitored her. Then gave me juice and graham crakers. She just wanted to scare me. They released me. Then the rest of the day she was moving like crazy. It felt so good to hear her strong heartbeat and know she was just fine.

Lay in a dark room and drink water. That's what my doctor tells me to do if  movement slows down

Try to nudge her a bit..ive had tummy aches before too that seemed to slow baby down a bit for the day..hopefully thats all it is..peppermint tea helps me alot...call your doc if ur too worried..usually if u gently nudge baby enough they will respond a bit
