Advise please!!

39 weeks 4 more days until my due date!
I'm wondering if I could be in early stages of labour my waters haven't broken but I'm having really strong period like pains that's making my vaginal area feel like I'm on my period with a stong aching pain that's also goes into my thighs while my baby's head is pushing down and gives that feeling like when your bleeding on your period? Pleas help would like someone to give me some advise? Thanks x

When I have really strong contractions--
Drink some water, reposition, lay on my left side...
And when all else fails, take a hot shower and just left the water help relax the muscles.

If you try all that and nothing helps, you may be in labor. With my second, my water didn't break til 5min before she was born.
Good luck, Mama, I have four days left til my due date as well.
