Any advice for prego Insomnia

Baby boy #2 should be here in the next 10-14 days :D which is so great. I'm 2cm displayed 70% effaced practice contractions every once in a while but the nightly insomnia this past week is killer. Not to mention all the disturbing dreams/nightmares.

I don't know what to do about it. I'm still working, and my little one starts school in 3 hours (because it's 4am and I'm up) so I can't afford lack of sleep this close to giving birth. At this point my biggest fear is to start labor being already exhausted!

Any advice on what to do to get some well rested night sleep?

I'll look into it. Thanks so much! Yeah it's happening soon :) official due date is between 25-27 but I'm gonna give myself another week if needed.

Tylenol can constipate you, so I'd keep an eye on that. Definitely will help you sleep though!  Unisom is also used to help nausea (took it in first trimester). No matter what, you can't have too long left :)

I'll look into it. I'm very tempted to try Tylanol PM I'm so exhausted. Now I'm nauseous and using the restroom a lot which I heard is the body's way of clearing out before labor starts. I'm so nervous and I'm so tired :(

Nothing worked for me but Unisom. The only drawback is that it can make you groggy for a bit in the morning if you take it on the later side.
