Thanks for the advice! Any special stretches? Mine are on my knees and upper calf.
I've had them all my life. I just drink plenty of water and stretch to avoid cramping!
I used them to try to cut back on swelling during my first pregnancy and they helped with that. I've heard they are great for varicose veins, but can't say from personal experience. I've seen them at CVS, I'm pretty sure.
