Is this normal?

I think I'm farther along or maybe going to go into labor early. i have bad back pain leg cramps and hips are hurting.  my baby is really low but im only 31 weeks

Im well hydrated and I eat my fruits n veggies as well as taking my vitamins lol... he's super low me and my boyfriend were both premature babies that's why I am so paranoid.

Eat bananas. They help with the cramps

Your potassium  might be low. I used to get cramps and I drink a ton of water. My Dr check my potassium  levels and they were low.

It's normal. Leg cramps are super common in pregnancy (I get stupid charleys all the time, even though I'm well-hydrated) and baby being low combined with their weight will make you back and hips hurt. It's probably going to continue to feel that way until baby is born, unfortunately.
