Eating.

Each morning I feel sick and I want to eat. When I try to eat I feel like vomiting.
I can only eat in the evening?

I felt awful a few mornings ago, too. Tried something new - made myself a smoothy with banana, yogurt, and frozen blueberries. Was easier to swallow something cool than chew. Felt better almost instantly. P.s., I'd be careful with eating too much stuff with a ton of preservatives and high fructose sugar (e.g., pop tarts) usually makes me feel pretty gross.

Try keeping crackers by your bed and eating before you sit up. Eat through the nausea most likely you won't throw up and you'll feel better after. I always hold a pillow to my stomach it makes it feel better

It is a fruit/jelly filled kids breakfast that you warm-up in the toaster. If you dont have those, try toast with a little butter or jelly.
