Help Please!!!

I'm only 9 weeks and 4 days I've been getting a lot of nausea and wanting to vomit usually when I'm about to eat. What can I drink or do so the sickness goes away?
Also I don't get hungry a lot and everything just gets me sick when I try eating something.

Sorry about the morning sickness. Here are some options that you may try

1)      Try eating a piece of dry toast and drinking a little fruit juice, when you wake up but before you get out of bed.  Wait 30 minutes after eating it before getting out of bed.

2)      Unisom/B6 cominbination - One 25 mg Vitamin B6 tablet and ½ Unisom tablet in the Morning - One 25 mg Vitamin B6 tablet and ½ Unisom tablet at Noon - One 25 mg Vitamin B6 tablet and 1 Unisom tablet at Bedtime. Make sure you get the Unisom with Doxylamine in it.

3)      Emetrol – It is an over the counter anti-nausea medication.  It didn’t work for me, but others swear by it.

4)      Zofran or Promethazine – you would need to get with your doctor about this and discuss risks with him.

Hope these help.

I had awful "morning sickness" that lasted all day. Try vitamin b6, it helps w nausea. Keep crackers next to your bed and eat a few before you lift your head off the pillow. Also Ginger is very good. They sell ginger gum and lozenges at  pharmacies and such. I was also told to use coke syrup,  which you can also find at the pharmacy, but I haven't actually tried the coke syrup so I'm not sure how effective it is.

I have had horrible nausea and vomitting this pregnancy. The pregnancy suckers helps some. Also b6 and unisom is safe to take. Or could just try b6. I've also tried ginger tea which helps a little. Good luck! It should get better after first trimester! I'm hoping anyway as I still have 2 weeks of first trimester.

I heard drinking a lot of water can help keep things in the digestion department good and help with nausea. I know cold ice water helps me with my nausea. I can't drink anything else most of the time. Limit the amount of fried foods you eat and eat a lot of plain saltine crackers. Good luck<3

Ginger Ale was a lifesaver for me. It won't take it away entirely, but it did calm it some. Saltines also are said to help it, and they're also a good snack for when you're struggling to eat.
You can talk to your OB about Diclegis though, I took it briefly (it made me too groggy) but it took away all nausea.

It sounds like morning sickness. This will go away at the end of your 1st trimester. There is not much you can do.
