Zofran???

Hi, I am 6 weeks pregnant almost 7 now and I have had the worse nausea of my life. Not much of throwing up just nausea. I was prescribed Zofran to help with that but I have found that a lot of women who have taken it have had their child born with deformities. Has anyone taken this medicine before???

I took it but it gave me such bad constipation it tore my backside up. I would rather be sick.  My little girl came out just fine with no deformities.  But i didnt take it all day.  Only once in the morning for work. Tough it out, you dont need it.

I loved on it for my first pregnancy and my son was born with an enlarged kidney. Luckily it doesnt seem to effect him now but whose to say later in life. There are lawsuits pending against the pharmaceutical company because it was never approved for use during pregnancy
