calfs feeling tight,hurting and feet swelling
My calfs have been tightening up and hurting as well as my feet swelling. This is my third pregnancy but seeing that my youngest is 12 i don't remember this happening with my other pregnancies.Has anyone else experienced this??
I have been getting really bad leg cramps in my calves at night. Maybe try drinking more water.
I have been getting really bad Charlie horses in my calves. Similar to when I played soccer in college. I'd say eat more potassium, drink water, and stretch.
